No Refund, Exchange Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexibility through our exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

No Refunds, Except for Event Cancellation: All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by Trap Sushi. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exchange Option: Ticket holders have the option to exchange their purchased ticket for a future event hosted by Trap Sushi subject to availability.

    • Ticket holders must request an exchange at least two weeks before the original event date.

    • Requests for exchange should be made via email to info@trapsushiatl.com or through our official ticketing platform.

    • Ticket holders must communicate their desired event for exchange to the event organizer no later than two weeks prior to the event date.

    • Exchange requests are subject to approval and availability. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request if the future event is sold out or if other restrictions apply.

    • Exchanged tickets are valid only for the future event specified at the time of exchange. They cannot be further exchanged or redeemed for cash.

    • Tickets can be transferred to another individual for the same event or future event, provided the exchange request has been approved and processed by Trap Sushi.

    • Exchanged tickets must be used within one year from the date of the original event. After this period, the ticket will expire, and no further exchanges or reimbursements will be offered.

    • In the rare event of a cancellation by Trap Sushi, ticket holders will be offered the choice of exchanging their ticket for a future event or receiving a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Exchanges and returns are permitted for physical products purchased directly from Trap Sushi, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) for the return or exchange to be processed.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

By purchasing a ticket to our event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this exchange policy.
